KoreanImportData.com ("the Service") is operated by MTS International Pty Ltd, an Australian company, trading as KoreanImportData.com. The Service provides research reports and a searchable database derived from publicly available Korean government import records, translated and organised for convenience. Reports and data access are provided for your internal business use.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, which handles billing, receipts and applicable taxes. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Single reports are one-off purchases.
You may use the reports and data to inform your own business decisions, prospecting and market research. You may not:
Accounts breaching these terms may be suspended without refund. Reports contain identification measures that allow leaked copies to be traced to the purchasing account.
Data originates from official government records and is translated and processed for readability. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness or fitness for any particular purpose, and the Service is not legal, financial or trade-compliance advice. Verify independently before acting on it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
