KoreanImportData.com ("the Service") provides research reports and a searchable database compiled from official Korean trade records, translated and organised for convenience. Reports and data access are provided for your business use.
Reports and subscriptions are sold by us.
Stripe securely processes your card payment and may deliver payment receipts and billing notifications on our behalf. You enter your card details on Stripe's own secure checkout page, so they never reach our servers and we do not store them. Charges appear on your statement as KOREANIMPORTDATA.COM.
Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown before you pay. Subscription plans renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account page, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Single reports are one-off purchases.
You may use the reports and data to inform your own business decisions, prospecting and market research. You may not:
Accounts breaching these terms may be suspended without refund. Reports contain identification measures that allow leaked copies to be traced to the purchasing account.
Data is compiled from official Korean trade records and is translated and processed for readability. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness or fitness for any particular purpose, and the Service is not legal, financial or trade-compliance advice. Verify independently before acting on it.
Every account starts free and includes five lookups, which may be spent on any mix of searches, company profiles and country reports, so the Service can be evaluated before purchase. Subscriptions are therefore not refundable: once a billing period has begun it is not refundable in whole or in part, and cancelling stops the next payment while access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are given for duplicate charges, billing errors, our failure to deliver, and where required by law. See our refund policy for the full position.
Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
